* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

David Coleman
David Lynn Coleman, age 74 of Celina, Ohio passed away on Sunday, Aug. 29, 2021 at his residence in Celina.
He was born on Sept. 15, 1946 in East Liverpool, Ohio to the late George and Betty Jane (Winters) Coleman. On April 14, 1973, he married Esther M. Schmidt, who survives living in Celina.
David is also survived by step daughter, Sandy (Allison Young) Powalski of Scotland, two step grandchildren, Cara Pitman, Charlene Spohn and family, step great granddaughter Caroline Erskin and several Nieces and Nephews.
David was preceded in death by his parents, his step daughters Janice Brandon, Valda Martin, step grandson Justin King, his brother and sister-in-law Roy (Sue) Coleman and his sister Patty Coleman.
David owned and operated a trucking company until he retired. He was a member of the Celina Veterans of Foreign War in Celina. He had a passion for Motorcycles and enjoyed riding.
Private family services will be held at the convenience of the Coleman Family. David arrangements are in the care of the Lehman-Dzendzel Funeral Home in Celina.
