* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

William Weir
William Richard Weir, age 74 of Celina, passed away on Monday, February 1, 2021 at Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton.
He was born on January 11, 1947 to the late Richard and Dorothy (Ott) Weir.
He is survived by his children Kimberly (Jay) Ruhenkamp of Ft. Loramie, Craig Weir of Ft. Loramie, grandchildren Kate Ruhenkamp, A.J. Ruhenkamp, and Jayna Ruhenkamp.
He graduated from the Immaculate Conception Catholic High School with the class of 1965. He proudly served in the United States Army and was a member of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Celina. He formerly was employed at Reynolds and Reynolds in Celina and was currently working at Venture Linx in Celina. He enjoyed photography and capturing images of Sprint Cars in turn three and turn four of Eldora, Gas City, and Lima Land.
Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Monday, February 8, 2021 at the Lehman Dzendzel Funeral Home, with Fr. Tim McFarland C.PP.S. officiating.
Friends may call an hour before services at 10:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M. Burial will follow after services in St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery in Celina.
Attendees are required to wear masks, practice social distancing and follow the COVID-19 guidelines established by Governor DeWine and the Ohio Department of Health.
