Scattered snow showers can be expected this morning along with westerly winds gusting to around 40 mph at times. Temperatures will continue to fall this morning, with readings dropping well below freezing.
Snow accumulations will be a half inch or less. This will result in some slick spots on untreated surfaces as well as bridges and overpasses. Please allow for some extra time to reach your destination this morning. Be prepared for changing road conditions as well as gusty winds.

Joan Langenkamp
Joan Mary (Berger) Langenkamp, age 79, Yorkshire, passed away of natural causes Thursday evening, January 7, 2021, at the Versailles Rehab & Health Care Center in Versailles, Ohio.
She was born May 28, 1941, in Frenchtown, Ohio, to the late Joseph & Luella "Toots" (Bulcher) Berger. On February 27, 1960, at St. Denis Catholic Church in Versailles, Joan married Carl F. Langenkamp who survives.
Also surviving are one son, Michael & Tricia Langenkamp of Westerville; three granddaughters, Cortney & Jamie Wianecki, Megan Langenkamp and Allison Langenkamp; a second "son", Jim & Marci Langenkamp and family; one sister, Marilyn Petitjean of Yuma, AZ; brothers & sisters-in-law: LeRoy Cordonnier of Versailles, Debbie Berger of Beavercreek, Marianne Brunswick of Osgood, Jeannie Hoffman of Seminole, FL, Edna & Fred Bruns of Troy, John & Marge Langenkamp of Celina, Ruth Oldiges of Piqua, Dick & Mary Lou Langenkamp of Union, Diane & Bill Alexander of New Carlisle and Eileen & Doug Floan of Versailles along with numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by three siblings, Shirley Cordonnier, Kenneth Berger and infant Ronald Berger; brothers & sisters-in-law: Dennis Petitjean, Maurice "Mouse" Brunswick, Gordon Hoffman and Charles Oldiges.
Joan was a 1959 graduate of Versailles High School. She had been a member of St. Nicholas Catholic Church and the Goat Farmers. A dedicated homemaker, Joan also enjoyed reading, playing cards and embroidering fancy dish towels for her family and friends. Over the years Joan & Carl took delight in numerous trips to Brookfield, WI, where they were entertained by the Ed Hause Polka Band.
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10:30 AM, Monday, January 11, 2021, at St. Nicholas Church in Osgood with Rev. David Howard presiding. Interment will follow at St. Martin's Cemetery.
Friends may call Sunday 2:00 to 6:00 PM and Monday 9:00 to 10:00 AM at Gehret Funeral Home in Fort Loramie. Use of face masks and social distancing will be necessary at all funeral rites.
Memorials may be made to State of the Heart Hospice, the Darke County Cancer Association or Osgood Life Squad.
