Frances Kiser
Frances I. Kiser, age 80, of Celina, Ohio, passed away on Thursday, January 7, 2021 at State of the Heart Hospice Care Center in Greenville.
She was born on September 14, 1940 in Celina to the late James and Elma (Preston) Kiser.
Survivors include her brother, Richard (Esta) Kiser, New Weston, Ohio; a niece, Karla (Kenneth) Marshal, Versailles; two nephews, Kevin (Sara) Kiser, St. Henry and Kyle Kiser, Rossburg; and great nephews and nieces, Olivia Marshal, Danielle Marshal, Kristopher Marshal, Jack Kiser and Tom Kiser.
Frances was a 1958 graduate of Celina Senior High School. She retired from Reynolds and Reynolds in Celina after 40 plus years of service. She was an active members of the Church of Christ in Montezuma. Frances was a kind person who loved her family and friends dearly. She will be missed by all.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 12, 2021 from 10:00 am-12:00 pm at Cisco Funeral Homes in Celina. Funeral Service will follow at 12:00 pm in the funeral home, with Rev. Matt Overman officiating.
Attendees are required to follow social distancing and guidelines dictated by the Ohio Department of Health, due to the national concerns of COVID-19. Masks are required by attendees at visitation and funeral.
Burial will follow at North Grove Cemetery, Celina.
