* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Carma Diller
Carma C. Diller, 90, of Coldwater passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Sunday, December 27, 2020.
She was born September 3, 1930, in St. Peter to the late Leo & Ulitta (Fischer) Kahlig. On October 22, 1955 she married Dennis Diller and he survives.
Carma is also survived by her children, Debra Diller & Scott Shafer of Celina, Diane & Ralph Alig of Coldwater, Mark & Cindy Diller of Bowling Green, Doris & Rick Goettemoeller of Coldwater, Gary & Tina Diller of Coldwater, and Denise & Fred Kleinhenz of Maria Stein, 15 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, in-laws, Helen Diller of Coldwater, Donna & Howard May of St. Henry, Ralph & Margie Diller of Maria Stein, Mary Westrich of Englewood, Mary Ann Diller of St. Anthony, Edna Shepherd of Columbus, and Carol & Dick Burkardt of Florida.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by an infant son David Diller, siblings and in-laws, Marcene & Edward Buehler, Ernie Kahlig, Urban Diller, Jim Westrich, and Joe Diller.
She was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Coldwater. She worked at Reynolds and Reynolds in Celina. She enjoyed flowers and gardening and her joy in life was her family. She will be remembered as a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.
Mass of Christian Burial following social distancing and mask guidelines will be held at 10:30 am, Thursday December 31, 2020 at Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Coldwater with livestream at https://www.coldwatercluster.org/information/watch-mass-online. Burial will follow in St. Elizabeth Cemetery, Coldwater.
The family would like to receive friends but due to the COVID-19 concerns viewing will be private.
