* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* WHERE...St. Marys River at Rockford.
* WHEN...Until Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Darrell McGlaughlin

Darrell 'Mike' McGlaughlin, age 72, of Celina died Friday, December 4, 2020 at his home.

He was born April 2, 1948 in Piqua to the late Darrell & Jenny (Mullen) McGlaughlin. On August 2, 1975 he married Terry (Beck) and she survives. He is also survived by two children, Danielle & Jake Caylor of Celina (their children Anna, Adalyn, Alexys) and Christopher & Michele Craig of Lynn, IN (their children Cobee, Colt); siblings and in-laws, Chuck & Deb McGlaughlin of Piqua, Chet (dec.) & Barb McGlaughlin of Amarillo, TX, Tweed (dec.) & Kathy Beck of Minster and Tim & Deb Beck of Minster.

He was a member of St. John Lutheran Church in Celina and the Celina American Legion. Mike was a veteran of the US Marine Corp serving in Vietnam. He worked at Moser Motors in Portland, IN, announced at Mack Arena and formerly played guitar in several local bands.

Funeral Services following all CDC guidelines will be held at 10:30 am, Wednesday December 9, 2020 at St. John Lutheran Church, Celina (livestream at http://www.purpledoorchurch.org/).

Burial with military rites will follow in Cedar Point Cemetery, Pasco, Ohio.

Friends may call from 4 to 7 pm Tuesday and from 9 to 10 am Wednesday at the Hogenkamp Funeral Home in Coldwater.
