* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Donald Jones
Donald L. "Donnie" Jones, 81, went to be with Jesus Sunday morning, March 15, 2020, at his home near Convoy.
Donnie was born on September 15, 1938, in Decatur, Indiana to Charles "Casey" Jones and Opal (Ray) Jones.
He was a 1956 graduate of Willshire High School where he was a member of the state runner-up boys' basketball team. He worked 34 years for B.F. Goodrich in Woodburn before retiring in 1994.
Donnie was a die-hard fan of the Ohio State Buckeyes, Cincinnati Reds and NASCAR. He loved to putter around his yard and spend time with his little "buddy" Rosie, his dog. He was a member of the Willshire Union United Methodist Church. He was also a member of the Elks Lodge 1197 of Van Wert and the Convoy Historical Society.
He married Jane (Post) Jones on August 29, 1990. They enjoyed trips to Tennessee and spending time with family and friends. Donnie could strike up a conversation with anyone.
Surviving are his wife, Jane of Convoy; two sons, Jonathan (Angie) Jones of Ansonia, Ohio and Jeffrey (Cathy) Jones of Celina; his daughter, Vicki (David) Schaber of Harlan, Indiana; nine grandchildren, Daniel (Jessica) Schaber, Jeremy (Lalinda Myers) Schaber, Laura Schaber, Timothy Schaber, Riley Jones, Caleb Jones, Connor Jones, Kadan Jones, and Keigan Jones; and two great grandchildren, Jaiden and Kaydence Schaber. He is also survived by two sisters, Carolyn (Phil) Shoaf of Willshire and Linda (Ferd) Laux of Anchorage, Alaska; and a brother-in-law, Jon (Sharon) Post. There are also many extended family members who loved him as well.
Memorial services will be scheduled at a later date.
