* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Wilma Buschar
Wilma (Hoyng) Buschar, age 95, of Coldwater, Ohio, died on March 19, 2020 at Briarwood Village, Coldwater.
She was born March 22, 1924 in Coldwater to Roman A. & Clara P. (Selhorst) Hoyng. On June 17, 1948 she married Thomas O. Buschar, and he died December 15, 2010.
She is survived by two daughters, Mary Beth (Nick) Franzer of Troy, and Barbara (Randy) Fortener of Dublin; six grandchildren, Angela Franzer (Matt Wolf), Scott Franzer, Stephanie Fortener (Eric Quigley), Andrew Fortener, Phillip Fortener; great grandchildren, Quinn & Quade Quigley; and sister-in-law, Varie Hoyng.
She is preceded in death by a son, Joseph Buschar; siblings, Madonna (Morant) Buschor, Carroll F. Hoyng, Mary Catherine Hoyng, Leander Hoyng.
She was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church and the St. Ann's Rosary Sodality. She enjoyed spending summers at her cottage in Michigan and she retired from Reynolds and Reynolds in Celina.
Private family services will be held on March 23, 2020 at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Coldwater. Burial will follow in St. Elizabeth Cemetery, Coldwater.
In Lieu of flowers memorials may be made to State of the Heart Care.
