Patricia Combs
Patricia Ann Combs, 72, of Celina, went to be with our Lord and Savior on Sunday, January 12, 2020. She passed at home with her beloved poodle, Sadie and sister, Debbie at her side.
Ann was a loving, caring mother, sister, aunt, grandmother and friend, with a generous soul. She was the best home cook, and made the best meatloaf ever. She loved all animals, especially dogs - hers were Misty (R.I.P.), Pooh Bear (R.I.P.), and Sadie. She also loved birds and flowers, and definitely had a green thumb!
Ann will be missed more than she will ever know. She never gave a second thought to helping someone in need. The world will never be the same without the beautiful rose known as Ann. May she rest in peace, and never feel pain again. We love you Mom ♡.
Surviving are three children: son, Steve Jacobs of Texas, and daughters, Laura Kane of Illinois, and Tonya Combs of Texas, ten grandchildren: Bobby Jacobs of Illinois, Brittany Atwell of Arkansas, Heather Contreras and Joshua Jacobs of Texas, Jeffery Minyard and Jennifer Minyard of Texas, Tyler Kane and Seth Kane of Illinois, and Randi Combs and Spencer Combs of Texas, 13 great grandchildren, and her sister, Debbie Martinez of Florida.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Sarah Sanning Criss, son, Tommy Lee Combs, brothers, Larry Houts and Herb Sanning, and her former husband, Carl T. Combs.
Visitation will be held at W.H. Dick & Sons-Hellwarth Funeral Home in Celina, on Saturday, February 1st, from 12:30-2:30 p.m., with Pastor Chris Riffle to speak at a Memorial Service beginning at 2:30. A small gathering of family will attend a graveside committal service following at Mercer Memory Gardens.
