* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Philip Boyer
Philip D. Boyer, 64, of Coldwater passed away at 5:37 a.m. Saturday November 16, 2019 at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital, St. Marys. He was born on June 12, 1955 in St. Marys to Paul & Willma (Chasteen) Boyer who preceded him in death. On July 14, 1973 he married Connie S. Buschor who survives in Coldwater.
Survivors include 2 children; Angela Sue Bricker of Las Vegas, NV, Philip D. Boyer Jr. of Coldwater; 2 grandchildren Wyatt & Dylan Bricker; 3 siblings Sharon (Paul) Schmitt of Celina, Jeanie (Tim) Grothause of FL, Bud (Mary) Boyer of CA.
Philip attended Celina High School. He was a sewing machine repairman at Buckeye Apparel and was a maintenance man at Greenland Estates, Coldwater. In his younger days he was in a band where he played drums. He loved listening to music and spending time with his family and pets.
Memorial services will begin at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday November 27, 2019 at Lehman-Dzendzel Funeral Home with Rev. Rick Tolley officiating. Friends may call one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be directed to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation Northern Ohio Chapter 8001 Sweet Valley Drive, Suite 3, Valleyview, Ohio 44125.
