* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Dorothy Fischer
Dorothy M. Fischer, age 85 of Celina, Ohio was called home to be with her Lord on Friday, February 22, 2019 at the Gardens at Celina with her loving family by her side.
She was born on February 12, 1934 in Van Wert, Ohio to the late Brice & Gertrude (Willey) Kinkley. She was also preceded in death by her first husband Clifford Hanna, second husband Lee Fischer, two brothers & sister-in-law Don (Betty) Kinkley, Mark Kinkley, an infant sister Helen Kinkley, two brothers-in-law Don Peters, Paul Hammond, and two sons-in-law Terry Schwarck, Donald Enyart.
She is survived by her daughters and son-in-law Sandy Enyart of Rockford, Vicki Klosterman of Lima, Linda & Dane Grierson of St. Marys, Eight grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren, sisters Mary Peters of Midland, MI, Joann Hammond of Celina and her sister-in-law Janet Kinkley of Washington.
Dorothy graduated from Celina High School with the class of 1952. She worked as an L.P.N for Gibbons Hospital and several nursing homes in the Mercer County area.
She was a member of The St. John Lutheran Church in Celina.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 27, 2019 at the St. John Lutheran Church in Celina, with Rev. Jeff Gramza officiating. Burial will follow in the North Grove Cemetery.
Friends may call from 6-8 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 26, 2019 at the Lehman-Dzendzel Funeral Home in Celina and an hour before services at the Church on Wednesday.
