* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Richard Miller
Richard A. Miller, 74, of Saint Marys, died 2:20 A.M. Monday, February 11, 2019, at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital.
He was born September 13, 1944, in Lima, the son of Wayne and Jessalyn (Miars) Miller.
He is survived by his siblings: Donald Miller of Saint Marys; Carol Weadock of Saint Marys; Dale (Deb) Miller of Saint Marys; by 5 nephews and 2 nieces.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Dick retired from the City of Saint Marys Parks Department after 37 years of service. He enjoyed fishing, target shooting and woodworking.
Private family services will be held 2:00 P.M. Thursday, February 14, 2019, at the Miller Funeral Home, Saint Mary. Burial rites will be held at Elm Grove Cemetery.
