Scattered snow showers can be expected this morning along with westerly winds gusting to around 40 mph at times. Temperatures will continue to fall this morning, with readings dropping well below freezing.
Snow accumulations will be a half inch or less. This will result in some slick spots on untreated surfaces as well as bridges and overpasses. Please allow for some extra time to reach your destination this morning. Be prepared for changing road conditions as well as gusty winds.

An arctic cold front will move quickly east across the region through daybreak. This will usher in a much colder airmass with temperatures quickly falling below freezing.
Snow showers can be expected this morning with snow accumulations of a half inch or less possible. This will combine with the falling temperatures to produce slick spots on untreated roadways. In addition, brisk west winds will gust to 25 to 35 mph at times this morning.
The morning commute will be affected by these conditions. Please allow for some extra time to reach your destination. Be prepared for slick spots, especially on bridges an overpasses.

Margaret Hobler
Margaret M. Hobler, 93, St. Marys, OH died 7:22 p.m. Tuesday August 7, 2018 in the emergency department of JTDM Hospital in St. Marys.
She was born January 5, 1925 in Benton, IN to Harvey and Emily (LaFortune) LaGue. On July 8, 1944, she married Richard W. Hobler, who died August 19, 1982.
Survivors include: son Jerrold "Jay" Hobler of St. Marys, OH; Son James Hobler of St. Marys, OH; 8 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; Sister Vivian Woods of Cartersville, GA.
Preceded in death by: parents Harvey and Emily LaGue; husband Richard Hobler; son Jeffrey Hobler; brother Raymond LaGue; brother David LaGue.
She retired from the St. Marys City Schools, where she was an administrative assistant to the superintendent. Her favorite pastimes included sewing and researching genealogy.
Rites are scheduled to begin 1:30 p.m. Monday August 13, 2018 at the Miller Funeral Home 1605 Celina Road (Ohio 703 West Chapel) in St. Marys. The Rev. Don Clinger will officiate the services.
Visitation 12:00 noon-1:30 p.m. on Monday.
