* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Diana Roessner
Diana K. Roessner, age 70, of Wapakoneta, OH, died at 5:30 pm, July 26, 2018 at her residence.
She was born July 18, 1948 in Portland, IN, to the late Fred and Virginia (Weaver) Minch. On July 2, 2002 she married David H. Roessner, and he survives at the residence in Wapakoneta.
Other survivors include two daughters, Patricia (Kerry) Swanagan, Winchester, IN, and Michelle (Kile) Miller, Redkey, IN; two sons, Anthony (Amanda) May, Portland, IN, and Eric (Jon) Baker, Norway, WI; two sisters, Linda (Paul) Vesperry, Portland, IN, and Brenda (Bill) Stoltz, Penville, IN; a brother, Richard Minch, Portland, IN; ten grandchildren; and five great grandchildren.
Diana was a 1966 graduate of Portland High School in Portland, IN. She worked at Honda in Anna, Miller Textiles in Wapakoneta, Wapakoneta City Schools, and retired from CTS in Berne, IN.
She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends and will be deeply missed by all.
Memorial services will begin at 2:30 pm, Friday, August 3, 2018 in Cisco Funeral Home, Celina, OH with Rev. Matt Overman officiating.
The family will receive friends from 12:00 pm-2:30 pm prior to the service at the funeral home.
