* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Frederick Schulz
Frederick A. "Fritz" Schulz, 87, of Celina, formerly of Ft. Wayne, passed away at 7:55 a.m. Saturday, March 3, 2018 at Celina Manor.
He was born on May 11, 1930 in Ft. Wayne to Frederick & Edna (Kruckeburg) Schulz who preceded him in death. On August 22, 1952 he married Marilyn L. Shonefield and she passed away on February 23, 2018.
Fritz graduated from Tulane University, New Orleans in 1953 with a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture. While in college he was an A.A.C All-American basketball player. He was employed by Fanning Howey and other various firms between Celina and Ft. Wayne.
Survivors include a daughter, Karin (Robert) Staats of Fort Wayne; two granddaughters, Amy Kreiger of Markle, and Kari (Andy) Irick of Fort Wayne; four great-grandchildren, Kassie, Brent, Drew, and Keyton; and a brother-in-law Gerald Vorndran.
He was preceded in death by his sister Barbara Vorndran.
Private family services will be held at a later date.
Memorial contributions may be directed to the Community Health Professionals.
