* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Donald Teboe
Donald Eugene Teboe, age 78, of Atlantic Beach, FL passed away December 10, 2017 at Fleet Landing Nursing Home.
He was born June 23, 1939 in Rockford, Ohio to the late Millard Teboe and Agnes Germann Teboe.
Donald served 21 years in the United States Navy. In 1972 he moved from Charleston to the Atlantic Beach area. Donald was an avid woodworker, he remodeled homes, built kitchen cabinets, curio cabinets and cedar chests. He also enjoyed fishing and spending time with his family.
Donald is predeceased by his parents; wife, Bessie Lee Teboe; brother Richard Teboe.
Donald is survived by his children, Nancy Lynn Wald of Jacksonville Beach, FL, Molly Jill Gainey of Jacksonville, FL, and Robert Allen (Diana) McNeal of Jacksonville, FL; sister, Mary Puthoff of Celina, OH; grandchildren, Matthey & Robert Taylor, Kendra, Taylor and Christian Gainey, Brianna McNeal; 1 great grandson, Evan Taylor.
A Celebration of Donald's life will be held Saturday, December 16, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at Beaches Memorial Park Chapel where military honors will be rendered. Interment will follow at Beaches Memorial Park Cemetery.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to service at the funeral home. The arrangements are under the care and direction of V. Todd Ferreira Funeral Services at Beaches Memorial Park, 1500 Main Street, Atlantic Beach, FL 32233.
