* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Pearl Stoner
Pearl R. Stoner, age 86, of Celina, Ohio, died on Sunday, November 12, 2017, at 11:20 pm at his residence.
He was born September 8, 1931 in Noble TWP within Auglaize County, Ohio to the late Orval B. and Gertrude (Sheaks) Stoner. On February 14, 1951 he married Mary Alice (Stewart) Stoner, who survives in Celina, Ohio.
Also preceded in death by his siblings, Robert Stoner, Gladys Shultz, Kathryn Harris, Jenelle Steveley, Mary Lou Stuck, and one great grandchild.
Other survivors include: daughter, Pam Bruns, Celina; sons: Dave (De De) Stoner and Terry Stoner, both of Celina, OH; sisters: Marie Hegemier of Wapakoneta, OH, Nancy Sue (Jack) Griner, Paulding, OH; brother-in-law: Don Steveley; sisters-in-law: Mary Alice (Sandkuhl) Stoner & Carol (Bill) Davidson; 6 grandchildren; and 10 great grandchildren.
There will be no visitation or service at the request of Mr. Stoner.
Memorial contributions can be made to Community Health Professional, or Walnut Grove Church, St. Marys, OH.
