* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...St. Marys River at Rockford.
* WHEN...Until Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Eileen Thobe

Eileen M. Thobe age 82 of Minster died at 9:38 AM on November 13, 2017 at The Heritage Center, Minster, Ohio.

She was born on February 2, 1935 in Fort Loramie, Ohio to the late Julius & Bernadine (Wolke) Ernst. She married Paul V. Thobe on June 4, 1955 in Fort Loramie and he preceded her in death on February 17, 1997.

She is survived by children: Douglas & Rebecca Thobe, Minster, Daniel Thobe, Minster, Beth Thobe, Fort Loramie, Becky & Alan Bergman, New Bremen, Amy Rutschilling, St. Henry, 10 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren, sisters Norma Schalnat, Doris Barlage, and sister-in-law Rosie Ernst all of Dayton.

She was preceded in death by a grandson Brian, brothers & sisters: Wilford & Esther Ernst, Robert & Wilma Ernst, Frederick & Cleola Ernst, Nicholas Ernst, Helen & Ambrose Broering, Jeanette & Edward Studer and Martha & Frank Vandergriff, in-laws Walter Schalnat & Paul Barlage.

She was a member of St. Augustine Catholic Church and Minster F.O.E. 1391 and was a graduate of Fort Loramie High School.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 AM on Thursday, November 16, 2017 at St. Augustine Catholic Church, Minster, Ohio, with Rev. Rick Nieberding, celebrant. Burial will follow in St. Augustine Cemetery.

Friends may call at Hogenkamp Funeral Home Minster from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Wednesday, November 15, and from 9:00 AM to 9:30 AM on Thursday, November 16.
