* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Joyce Howell
Joyce A. Howell, age 73, of Celina, passed away at 8:55 P.M., Wednesday, November 8, 2017 at The Ohio State University-Arthur G. James Cancer Hospital in Columbus.
She was born July 13, 1944 in Mercer County to the late Jacob B. & M. Marcille (Vorhees) Smith.
She is survived by her sons: Jeff (Cathy) Jones of Celina and Jon (Angie) Jones of Ansonia and five grandchildren: Riley Jones, Caleb Jones, Connor Jones, Keigan Jones and Kadan Jones, and a sister, Judy (Richard) Luebrecht of Wapakoneta.
A graduate of Celina High School, Joyce had worked at Reynolds & Reynolds, the Huffy Credit Union and then retired from the housekeeping department at Community Hospital, Coldwater.
She was a member of the Celina Eagles and enjoyed crocheting. She crocheted many hats, mittens and scarves and donated them to local schools for children in need.
Private services will be held at a later date at Swamp College Cemetery, Celina.
Memorial Contributions may be made to the family.
