Delores Muhlenkamp
Delores R. Muhlenkamp, 89, Bryant, Indiana, died on November 9, 2017, at Swiss Village Retirement Community, Berne, Indiana.
She was born February 14, 1928, in Darke County, OH, to the late Norbert and Victoria (Thobe) Klenke. On July 9, 1949, she married the late Marvin Muhlenkamp, who died April 8, 2007.
Surviving are her children, Richard (Bonnie) Muhlenkamp of Bryant, IN, Harold (Nancy) Muhlenkamp of Geneva, IN, Charles (Betty) Muhlenkamp of Bryant, IN, Joseph (Connie) Muhlenkamp of Bryant, IN, Roger Muhlenkamp of Bryant, IN, Phyllis Muhlenkamp of Portland, IN, Jeff (Janice) Muhlenkamp of Geneva, IN, Pat (Jim) Guggenbiller of Fort Recovery, OH, Kevin (Linda) Muhlenkamp of Bryant, IN, Pam (Matt) Tebbe of Coldwater, OH and Rodney (Holly) Muhlenkamp of Bryant, IN; siblings, Elmer (Mary Lou) Klenke of Coldwater, OH, Annie (Paul) Tobe of Coldwater, OH, Esther Goettemoeller of Maria Stein, OH, Ivo (Ginny) Klenke of Lima, OH and Patricia (Joe) Brockman of Portland, IN; 43 grandchildren; 26 great grandchildren; 2 step great grandchildren; sisters-in-law, Frances Klenke of Coldwater, OH, June Klenke of Piqua, OH and Joan Ranly of Fort Recovery, OH; brother-in-law, Urban Knapke of Maria Stein, OH; and in-laws, Gilbert (Edna) Muhlenkamp of Celina, OH, Marceil Alig of Portland, IN, Robert (Bernice) Muhlenkamp of Fort Recovery, OH and Elizabeth (Shawn) Kirkpatrick of Middletown, OH.
Preceding her in death was an infant son, John Muhlenkamp, brothers, Don, Wilfred and Bob Klenke; sisters, Mildred Knapke and Mary Lou Ranly; brothers-in-law, Danny Goettemoeller and Harold Ranly; a sister-in-law; Lilly Klenke, and in-laws, John Alig and Edna (Paul) Rauh.
Delores was previously employed at the former Jay Garment, Portland, IN. She was a member of the Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Bryant, Indiana and its Altar Rosary Sodality.
Delores' large family was her pride and joy and she will be greatly missed.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30 am Tuesday, November 14, 2017 at Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Bryant, Indiana, Fr. Kenneth Alt officiating. Burial will follow at Holy Trinity Cemetery, Bryant, IN.
Calling is 2:00 pm-8:00 pm Monday and 9:00 am-9:45 am Tuesday at Brockman-Boeckman Funeral Home, Fort Recovery, Ohio.
