Noel Coughlin
Noel Thomas Coughlin, 82, St. Charles Living Center, Carthagena, died on Oct. 24, 2017.
Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10 a.m. Nov. 9 at St. Aloysius Catholic Church, Carthagena.
Hogenkamp Funeral Home, St. Henry, is handling the arrangements.
