* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Pedro Limon Jr.
Pedro "Pete" Limon Jr., age 71, Celina, passed on Saturday, October 28, 2017 at his residence, after losing his battle with cancer.
Pete was born December 4, 1945 in Mercedes, Texas to Pedro Limon Sr. and Atanacia Limon-Morua. On September 27, 1964, he married Pamela K. Steele.
In 1965 Pete began a career as a brick mason. He retired from the profession in 2007. He enjoyed playing cards at the local VFW, where he was a member.
He is survived by his wife, Pamela K. Limon, (Celina), 2 sons, Jose "Rick" (Pam) Limon (Rockford), Miguel "Bink" (Sarah) Limon (Celina), 2 grandchildren, Savannah (Samuel) Peacock, (Sidney), Maisen Limon (Celina), 3 great-grandchildren, Hayden, Montana, and Brooklyn Peacock (Sidney). He is also survived by 1 brother in Texas and 1 brother and 2 sisters in Mexico.
He was preceded in death by his parents, 2 brothers and 3 sisters.
The family invites you to attend a memorial luncheon in remembrance of Pete, to be held November 12 from 1-4 pm. The memorial will be held at the VFW Post #5713, 1118 W. Logan St., Celina, OH.
Condolences can be sent to the memorial luncheon or to the residence of the deceased.
Miller Funeral Home, St. Marys, is in charge of arrangements.
