* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Allen Waterman
Allen L. Waterman, 88, Saint Marys, died 9:26 P.M. Monday, June 26, 2017, at the Saint Marys Living Center.
He was born December 24, 1928, in Kettlersville, Ohio, the son of Leonard and Matilda (Hehr) Waterman. He married Carolyn Howell on December 15, 1951, in New Bremen, Ohio, and she survives at the residence.
He is also survived by his two daughters: Cheryl (Marvin Schmitt) Sheaks of Celina; Tina (Dana) Arnett of Celina. He is survived by his grandchildren: Melissa Santee; Tracy Klosterman; Jesse Arnett. Also surviving are his great-grandchildren: Grace, Cameron and Allison Santee; Ava and Brody Klosterman; Zoe Arnett. He is survived by one brother, Vic Waterman of Saint Marys.
He was preceded in death by his parents and by one brother, Walter Waterman.
Allen was a 1947 graduate of Anna High School He was the owner/operator of the Waterman Oil Company and also the Union 76 Gas Station in Saint Marys. He was a member of Wayne Street United Methodist Church in Saint Marys. He liked to play cards, fish and hunt.
Funeral rites will be held 10:30 A.M. Friday, June 30, 2017, at the Miller Funeral Home, 1605 Celina Road, Saint Marys, the Reverend Dillon Staas, officiant. Burial will follow at Elm Grove Cemetery, Saint Marys.
Friends may call from 2-4 and 6-8 P.M. Thursday at the funeral home.
