* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Wilma Miller
Wilma "Jean" Miller, 92, of Marion, formerly of Celina, Ohio passed away Thursday May 11, 2017 at The Kingston Residence in Marion.
She was born April 25, 1925 in Celina, the only child of the late George Daniel & Bessie Elizabeth (Beougher) Fisher.
Jean attended and later graduated from Rockford High School in Celina, Ohio. Jean later met and married the love of her life Clarence "Jay" Miller. Jean was a member of Mercer United Methodist Church in Mercer, Ohio and later attended the West Side United Methodist Church in Lima, Ohio.
Survivors include Karen (Mike) Ryan and grandchildren Rachel E. and Christopher M. Ryan.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 45 years, Clarence Miller in November 1992.
Pastor John Herdman will officiate a funeral service 11:00 a.m. Monday, May 15th, 2017 at the Snyder-Rodman Funeral Center 101 Valley Side Drive, Delaware, Ohio 43015.
Family and friends may call an hour prior to the 11 o'clock services. Burial will take place 3:30 p.m. on Monday at the North Grove Cemetery in Celina, Ohio.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be directed towards The American Diabetes Association 471 East Broad St., Columbus, Ohio 43214 or West Side United Methodist Church 604 Gloria Ave., Lima, Ohio 45805.
