* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

James Wicker
James R. "Bud" Wicker, 80, of St. Marys, OH died 5:58 a.m. Thursday May 11, 2017 at Celina Manor Nursing Home.
He was born October 5, 1936 in Garret, KY to Edgle and Cordie (Tuttle) Wicker.
He was married to Shirley T. Slone, who survives. He is also survived by: son Gary (Sue) Wicker of St. Marys, OH, son Ed Wicker of St. Marys, OH, son Tim Wicker of Celina, OH; 6 grandchildren 9 great-grandchildren, brother Clyde (Connie) Wicker of St. Marys, OH.
He was preceded in death by: parents Edgle and Cordie wicker; brother Palmer Slone; brother William Lee Wicker; sister Vertie Chaffins; sister Evelyn Hale; sister Margaret Slone; brother Clifford Slone.
He retired from the Avco – New Idea Corp. in Coldwater, OH where he worked in the foundry. He attended Flagship Missionary Baptist Church in St. Marys. His favorite pastimes included hunting, fishing camping and woodworking.
Rites are scheduled to begin 11:00 a.m. Tuesday May 16, 2017 at Miller Funeral Home 1605 Celina Road (Ohio 703 West Chapel) in St. Marys.
Burial will follow at Elm Grove Cemetery in St. Marys.
Visitation is 2 – 4 and 6 – 8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home on Ohio 703 West.
