* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Robert Frilling
Robert "Bob" J. Frilling, age 87 of Anna, passed away Thursday, January 19, 2017 at the Fair Haven Nursing Home, Sidney.
Bob was born in Shelby County on February 23, 1929 to the (late) William & Amelia (Luthman) Frilling; retired as Owner/Operator of Feed Additives; and a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church, McCartyville.
Preceded in death by his parents; first wife, Monica (Watercutter) Frilling; second wife of 47 years, Virginia Lee (Didrick) Frilling in 2000; son, Robert William Frilling in 2015; three grandchildren; one great-granddaughter; siblings, Marcella Bertke, Henrietta Nerderman, Louis Frilling, Wilbert Frilling, Edwin Frilling, Eleanora Hess, Sylvester Frilling, Harold Frilling, Donald "Romie" Frilling, Eugene Frilling, and James Frilling.
Bob is survived by his children and their spouses, Patricia & Michael Boerger of Sidney, Larry & Treva Frilling of Union City, TN, Michael & Beverly Frilling of McCartyville, Joseph & Debra Frilling of Anna, Douglas & Lynn Frilling of Anna, Lisa & Allen Peeples of Anna; 24 grandchildren; 59 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; two sisters-in-law, Barb Frilling of Wisconsin, Mildred Frilling of St. Henry; brother-in-law, Clyde Dorsten of Xenia; and numerous other relatives and friends.
Mass of Christian Burial is 10:30 A.M. Monday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 9377 St. Rt. 119, McCartyville. Private interment.
The family will receive friends at 9:00 A.M. until time of service.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Fair Haven Shelby County Home, Timber Hall Unit, 2901 Fair Road, Sidney, OH 45365.
