* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Jerry Bozarth
Jerry D. Bozarth, 65, Ansonia, Ohio and formerly of Fort Recovery, OH, died January 7, 2017, at the State of the Heart Care Center, Greenville, Ohio.
He was born June 26, 1951, in Wayne County, Indiana, to the late James and Buna (Tucker) Bozarth.
Surviving are two daughters, Stacy Leinart of Portland, IN and Michelle Moore of Ansonia, OH; a sister, Sue (Bernard) Jackson of Richmond, IN; grandchildren, Lindsey, Linkoln, Jacob, Lily, Shawn, Sheyann and Shelby and a great-grandchild, Ayden.
Preceding him in death are a granddaughter, Caitlyn Leinart and his siblings, Clarence Bozarth, James Bozarth and Ann Wade.
He is a graduate of Fort Recovery High School and was previously employed at Teledyne Forge, Portland, IN.
Jerry was a veteran of the US Navy having served during the Vietnam Era. He was a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 6515, Fort Recovery, OH.
Jerry enjoyed bowling and following the Cleveland Browns and the Ohio State Buckeyes.
A Celebration of Life Service is 10:30 am Wednesday at Brockman-Boeckman Funeral Home, Fort Recovery, OH. Burial will follow at Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Randolph County, Indiana.
Calling is 5:00 pm-7:00 pm Tuesday and 9:30 am-10:30 am Wednesday at Brockman-Boeckman Funeral Home. Military graveside honors will be conducted by the American Legion, Fort Recovery.
