* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Patricia Smith
Patricia Ann "Pat" Smith, of Fort Recovery, formerly of Piqua, passed away Saturday, October 8, 2016, at Springmeade Healthcenter, Tipp City.
She was born December 2, 1938, in Piqua, to the late Harry and Mary (Milby) Brush. She married James I. Smith on April 9, 1958; he survives in Fort Recovery.
She will also be missed and remembered by her children, James Smith Jr. of Piqua; Sheri (Kevin) Richey of Troy; and Steven (Tammy) Smith of Sidney; ten grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a brother, Ed Brush; a sister, Faye Fouse; and her son, Patrick Smith.
Pat was a graduate of Piqua Central High School and retired from A.O. Smith of Tipp City after 33 years of service. She also was a loving caregiver for her husband.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday, October 12 at Jackson-Sarver Funeral Home, 10 S. High St., Covington. Burial will follow in Miami Memorial Park, Covington.
Friends may call from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
