* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Richard Feuerriegel
Richard L. Feuerriegel, 84, formerly of Newark and Celina, OH and Opelika, AL died September 18, 2016 in MS.
Richard worked in Newark at Roper as a Tool and Die Maker for 20 years before moving to Celina, OH to work at Huffy Corp. and then Diversified Products in Opelika, AL where he finished his career in manufacturing. He also drove a school bus for Opelika School District.
He is survived by a daughter, Lisa J. Malone of Gulfport, MS; a son, Richard F. Feuerriegel of Opelika, AL; granddaughters, Robin Malone and Rachel Malone; grandsons, Ricky Malone, Richard Matthew Feuerriegel and Robert Thomas Feuerriegel; great-granddaughter, Kennedy Grace Malone; sisters, Linda (Arthur) Martinez of Nashport, OH and Ruth Barnard of Lake Villa, IL and numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Shirlie Mae Feuerriegel and daughter, Robin Feuerreigel.
Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, September 23, at St. Paul's Evangelical Lutheran Church, 67 N. Fifth St., Newark. Burial will follow in Cedar Hill Cemetery where military honors will be observed.
Calling hours prior to the service are from 9:30-10:30 a.m. at the church.
Memorial contributions may be made in Richard's name to Disabled American Veterans.
The Newark Chapel of Henderson-Van Atta-Stickle Funeral & Cremation Service is assisting the family with arrangements.
