THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WATCH 82 IN EFFECT UNTIL MIDNIGHT EDT TONIGHT FOR THE FOLLOWING AREAS

At 916 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located over Lima, moving east at 55 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Hail may cause minor damage to vegetation.
Locations impacted include... Kenton, Ada, Fort Shawnee, Cridersville, Forest, Dunkirk, Alger, Waynesfield, Blanchard, Mount Victory, Mcguffey, Patterson, Dola, Grant, Silver Creek, Jumbo, Huntersville, Pfeiffer, Walton, and Hepburn.
This includes I-75 in Ohio between mile markers 117 and 118.
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a sturdy building.
A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until midnight EDT for west central Ohio.

Thomas Bachar
Thomas L. "Tom" Bachar, 38, of Wapakoneta, died Fri. Sept. 16, 2016, in El Dorado, Kansas.
He was born April 21, 1978, in Coldwater, OH, the son of Alan & Linda (Braun) Bachar. His father survives in Oklahoma, and his mother, Linda Shoup, survives in Cridersville. He is married to Bethany M. Hutchison, and she survives.
Other survivors include, a son, Ian Bachar, 2 step-children, Noah & Logan Tilton, a sister, Nichole Bachar, Cridersville, ½ siblings, Abraham Bachar, Leslie Bachar, & Kayla Bachar, grandmothers, Eleanor Bachar, St. Marys, & Alberta Braun, Coldwater, OH, nephews, Jonathon Bachar, Isaac & Micah Hutchison, father-in-law & mothers-in-law, Terry & Karen Hutchison, and Tami Ryan, an uncle, Alan (Elaine) Braun, Coldwater.
He was preceded in death by his step-father, John Shoup, and his grandfather, Paul L. Braun.
Tom was a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps. He was a member of Harvest Baptist Church, Wapakoneta, and a 1997 graduate of Wapakoneta High School. He loved riding motorcycles and was an avid Cleveland Browns fan. Tom was a loving father and cared deeply about his family.
Private services will be held, with Pastor Scott Miller officiating. Burial is to follow in the St. Joseph Cemetery, Wapakoneta, where military rites will be conducted by the Wapakoneta V.F.W. Post #8445.
Memorial contributions may be directed to a fund established for his son, Ian.
