* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Joseph Overman
Joseph G. Overman, age 71, passed away July 21st at his home at Hecht's Landing on Grand Lake, where he had resided for the past 15 years. Joe was formerly of Dayton.
He was born February 9, 1945 in Waverly, Ohio, a son of the late Francis K. & Kathryn (Walker) Overman.
Surviving are his brothers: Richard Dean (Stella Joanne) Overman of Dayton, Lynn Overman of Waverly, Gordon Overman of Texas, Bill Overman of Louisiana and Kenny Overman of Gahanna, and many nieces & nephews.
Joe enjoyed fishing, playing cards, and spending time hanging out with his family and friends at Hecht's Landing.
Visitation will be held from 9:30-10:30 AM, Tuesday, July 26th at Newcomer Funeral Home, North Chapel, 4104 Needmore Rd., Dayton, followed by the Funeral Service starting at 10:30 at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Forest Hills Cemetery in Montgomery County.
Local arrangements were handled by W.H. Dick & Sons-Hellwarth Funeral Home in Celina.
