* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Dorathania Vogan
Dorathania Jean (McQueen) Vogan, 63, died peacefully in her sleep at her home in Celina, on June 27, 2016 at 12:19 am.
She was born September 3, 1952 in Dayton, OH to the late Lawrence O. (Johnny) and Peggy Jean (McQueen) Beougher. On February 13, 1970 she married Thomas H. Vogan and he survives at the residence in Celina.
Other survivors include six children, Amy (Michael) Moore, Texas, Carol (Thomas) Prenger, Celina, Thomas (Tanya) Vogan, Stearns, KY, Francis Vogan, Celina, Mark Vogan, Stearns, KY, and Amanda Vogan, Celina; two sisters-in-law, Virginia (James) Hinkle, Tucson, AZ, and Helga Vogan, Celina; a brother-in-law, Vernon (Chris) Silver, St. Marys; an ex-son-in-law, Randy Mullins, Celina; an ex-daughter-in-law, Brandy Vogan; a best friend, Bernie Schoenlein, Wapakoneta; twenty-two grandchildren, Katelyn and Michael Moore, Christine, Rachael, Kevin and Karla Prenger, Alex, Austin, Brandon, Tristen, Sydney and Addison Vogan, Leah, Lance, Cameron, Randi Lynn, Paris Jewel, Dalton, and Jade Astaire Mullins, Preston, and Jamyn Garmen, and Eliot Godwin; fourteen great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her mother and father-in-law, Adam (Buster) Carol Vogan; two brothers-in-law, Jack and Bruce Vogan; a sister-in-law, Anna Diedrich; an angel grandchild, Paris Jewel Mullins; and several aunts and uncles.
She was a 1970 graduate of St. Marys Memorial High School. She worked as a lab technician at Terra Labs, waitress at Carl Wright Restaurant, in Celina and as a homemaker. She was a member of the round table group at the Empire Family Restaurant.
She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. She also loved animals and worked very hard as an animal activist.
Visitation hours will be from 4-7 pm, Wednesday, June 29, 2016 in the Cisco Funeral Home, Celina. Funeral services will follow at 7:00 pm in the funeral home.
