Romilda Barhorst
Romilda A. Barhorst age 95 formerly of Osgood and Versailles, of Englewood, Ohio died on Saturday, June 4, 2016 at Cypress Point Nursing Center, Englewood, Ohio.
She was born on July 12, 1920 in Osgood, Ohio to the late Edward & Mary (Leugers) Hasselman. She married Victor L. Barhorst on May 17, 1941 in Osgood, Ohio and he preceded her in death on October 5, 1994.
She is survived by children: Gary Barhorst, Beavercreek, Marvin & JoAnn Barhorst, Tipp City and Karen Winn, Clayton, 5 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by 1 grandchild and 13 brothers & sisters.
She was a former member of St. Nicholas Catholic Church, Osgood and St. Denis Catholic Church, Versailles. She was also a member of Maria Stein Knights of St. John Auxiliary.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 AM on Wednesday, June 8, 2016 at St. Nicholas Catholic Church, Osgood, Ohio with Rev. David Zink celebrant. Burial will follow in St. Martin Cemetery, Osgood.
Friends may call at the Hogenkamp Funeral Home-Minster on Tuesday, June 7, from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and on Wednesday from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
Memorials may be made to Ohio Hospice of Montgomery County.
