* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Virginia Stroh
Virginia Lee Stroh, 93, of St. Marys, Ohio, passed away at St. Marys Living Center, on Monday, May 30, 2016 at 10:00 pm.
She was born December 22, 1922 in St. Marys, Ohio to Ferd and Rachel (Botkins) Youngs, both preceded her in death. She married Bernard Stroh on August 4, 1946, and he preceded her in death on January 19, 2002.
Survivors include three sons, Greg (Linda) Stroh, Monterey, CA, Dave (Elaine Pickering) Stroh, New Knoxville, OH, and Tom (Chris) Stroh, Martin, TN; a daughter, Mary (Pat) Moran, St. Marys, OH; 13 grandchildren, Angie (Joe) Gittleman, Jennifer (Randy) Spencer, Mike ((Robin) Stroh, Brad (Brandy) Stroh, Jeff (Cortney) Stroh, Brian (Shannon) Stroh, Matt (Rhonda) Stroh, Scott Stroh, Beth (Nathan) Garrett, Jamie (Dan) Reilly, Shelly Stroh, Nikki Moran, and Colette Stroh; 21 great grandchildren; and 1 great great grandson. 
Virginia was a 1940 graduate of St. Marys Memorial High School. She was the owner of the Island Dress Shoppe, St. Marys from 1957 to 1984.
Virginia was a devoted wife and mother, a fun loving grandmother, and had many friends. She will be missed by all. She enjoyed fishing, reading and loved sports. 
Visitation hours will be from 5:00 – 8:00 pm, Thursday, June 2, 2016 in the Cisco Funeral Home, St. Marys.
Funeral services will begin at 11:00 am on Friday, June 3, 2016 in the Cisco Funeral Home, St. Marys, with Rev. Jon Exman officiating; where the family will receive friends from 10:00 - 11:00 am prior to the service. Burial will follow at Elm Grove Cemetery, St. Marys, Ohio.
