* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Leesa Reynolds
Leesa Kay Reynolds, age 62 of Walker, MI and formerly of Celina, Ohio passed away at 9:02 p.m. on Feb. 3, 2016 at the Lake Shore Assisted Living Community in Grand Haven, MI. 
She was born on Aug. 11, 1953 in Muncie, Indiana to the late Naomi (Oxley) Heeter. 
Leesa was employed at Reynolds and Reynolds in Celina as a bindery operator for 20 years. She loved her dogs and was member of the Celina Humane Society. Family & Friends meant the world to her. Her favorite pastimes were fostering dogs, antiquing, bird watching, dancing and gardening.
Survivors include her children Jeff & Kim Reynolds of Walker, MI., Carrie & Aaron Coate of Toledo, 5 grandchildren Daniel Reynolds, Anthony Reynolds, Lauren Coate, Jack Coate, Hailey Coate, her brothers & sisters-in-law Tony & Lois Oxley of Indiana, Steve Heeter of Colorado and a sister & brother-in-law Terry & Charlie Novak of Colorado.
Leesa was preceded in death by her mother and her sister Kathy Egley of Muncie.
Friends may call from 10 a.m until 12:00 p.m on Saturday Feb. 6, 2016 at Lehman-Dzendzel Funeral Home in Celina.
Funeral services will immediately follow visitation at 12 p.m., with Rev. Richard Van Horn officiating. Burial will take place at Swamp College Cemetery in Celina, following the service.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorial contributions may be made to Lewy Body Dementia Association.
