* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Rachel Theurer
Rachel Theurer, age 25 a Portland resident passed away Wednesday, November 11, 2015 at IU Health Ball Memorial Hospital in Muncie.
She attended Zion Lutheran Church in Portland. She was a 2009 graduate of Jay County High School. She earned her Bachelor's degree from Huntington University in Accounting and Business Management.
She previously worked for DOZ Accounting in Carmel, Indiana. She was currently the Office manager of the family business, R and R RV Repair in Portland.
Rachel was born October 18, 1990 in Portland, Indiana the daughter of Keith and Melissa (Jackisch) Osterholt. She was married September 7, 2013 to Michael Theurer.
Survivors Include: Husband- Michael Theurer, Portland, Indiana; 1 Son- William Harold Theurer, at home.; 1 Brother- Richard Osterholt, Portland, Indiana; Parents- Keith and Melissa Osterholt, Portland, Indiana; Grandparents- Emily Osterholt, Portland, Indiana and Rich and June Jackisch, Ft. Recovery, Ohio; Several Aunts and Uncles.
Visitation will be held from 1-7 pm on Sunday in the Williamson and Spencer Funeral Home in Portland.
Funeral services will be held at 10:00 am Monday at the Zion Lutheran Church in Portland with visitation 1 hour prior to services at the church. Pastor Mark Strietelmeier will officiate the services and burial will follow in the Salamonia Cemetery, southeast of Portland.
Memorials may be directed to her son William Theurer in care of Michael Theurer. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
