* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Richard Schuh
Richard L. "Rich" Schuh, age 71, of Winchester, passed away on Wednesday, November 11, 2015 at the Randolph Nursing Home in Winchester.
He was born on November 9, 1944 in Canon City, Colorado to Aloys and Mary E. (Wappelhorst) Schuh.
He was a graduate of Fort Recovery High School and owned and operated Schuh's Auto in Winchester for many years.
Rich was a member of St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Winchester. He enjoyed music and was involved with its choir and also played bass guitar in several bands.
Rich is survived by his daughter, Annette (husband Jamey) Harris of Winchester; three grandchildren, Brandon (wife Breanna) Harris, currently serving in Afghanistan, Mindy Ward of Union City, IN and Dalton Harris of Winchester; and seven great grandchildren, Lane, Huntly, Zera, Rosella, Leeah, Jedekiah and Aria.
He was preceded in death by his parents; two daughters, Tracy and Angel Schuh; and two brothers, Edwin and Lawrence Schuh.
A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, November 14, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Joseph's Catholic Church, 514 W. Washington St., Winchester, with Father Christopher Roberts officiating. Burial will follow in Fountain Park Cemetery in Winchester.
Friends and relatives may call from 5-8 p.m. on Friday (today) at Walker Funeral Home in Winchester. A Rosary service will be held at 7:30 p.m. on Friday (today) at the funeral home.
