* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Jean Smalley
Jean Smalley, age 95, of Celina, Ohio passed away at 8:30p.m. on Thursday Oct. 22, 2015 at the Celina Manor Nursing Home in Celina.
She was born on June 4, 1920 in Celina, Ohio, to the late William & Hazel (Stemen) Aller. On Sept. 24, 1938 she married John P. Smalley, who died March 21, 1996.
Survivors include her sons & daughters-in-law; Tim & Sandy Smalley of Celina, Bill & Elaine Smalley of Tallahassee, Florida, Scott & Ginger Smalley of Windsor, Colorado, daughters & sons-in-law; Connie Porch & Bill Irons of Fayetteville, Georgia, Barbara & Jim Purdy of Celina, 13 Grandchildren, 24 Great Grandchildren, 3 Great-Great Grandchildren and by a sister-in-law Claris Aller of Celina.
She was preceded in death by her parents, one grandson and her brother Jim Aller.
Jean graduated with the Class of 1938 from Celina High School. She was a member of the St. Paul's United Methodist Church in Celina. In 1985 she retired from Sears of Lima as a Sales Clerk.
Friends may call from 3-6p.m. on Sunday at the Lehman-Dzendzel Funeral Home in Celina.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30a.m. on Monday Oct. 26, 2015 at the Lehman-Dzendzel Funeral Home in Celina, with Rev. Gary Snowden officiating. Burial will follow in North Grove Cemetery in Celina.
Memorial contributions may be made to State of the Heart Hospice.
