* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Louis Buschor
Louis 'Jake' Buschor, age 97, of St. Henry, died Friday, September 4, 2015 at The Gardens at St. Henry.
He was born April 16, 1918 in St. Henry, to the late Andy 'Mike' & Elizabeth (Vondrell) Buschor. He married Verna Mary Romer on January 23, 1945, and she died August 4, 2014.
He is survived by two daughters, Bonnie & Jim Payne of Boca Raton, Florida and Beverly & Terry Cordell of Wedowee, Alabama, three grandchildren, Melissa, Terry & Jennifer, two great-grandchildren, and in laws, Kay & Jerry Dippold of St. Henry, Madonna Welch of Indiana, Ann Hoening of Coldwater, Louie Stahl of St. Henry, and Wilma Buschor of Coldwater.
He was preceded in death by siblings Delma 'Del' Wyrick, Flora 'Tutz' Melke, Morant 'Nip', Dave, and Tom, and in laws, Lowell 'Bud' Romer and Harry 'Lefty' Romer, Vivian Romer, Myra Delzeith and Julia Stahl.
He was a member of St. Henry Catholic Church and the St. Henry American Legion. Jake owned and operated a Dry Goods Store and drove school bus for over 30 years.
No services are planned.
