Helen Klenz
Helen M. Klenz, 87, of Celina, OH, passed away at 2:20 P.M. on August 16, 2015 in The Gardens at Celina.
Helen was born in Celina on March 20, 1928 to Elmer and Mildred (Monroe) Hoenie. On June 14, 1947 she married Edwin Klenz; he preceded her in death on August 3, 2003.
Survivors include a brother, Charlie (Joette) Hoenie, Celina; a sister, Anna Lee (Charles) Stephenson, Chatt, OH; and several nieces and nephews.
She is also preceded in death by a son, David Klenz; a brother and sister-in-law, Dick (Marilyn) Hoenie.
Helen was 1946 graduate of Celina Senior High School. She spent her lifetime working as a homemaker and seamstress. She served as secretary of the Hopewell Grange for 35 years. She was a member of St. John Lutheran Church, Celina.
Visitation hours will be from 3 – 7 P.M. Wednesday, August 19, 2015 in the Cisco Funeral Home, Celina located at 6921 State Route 703 East.
Funeral Services will begin at 10:30 A.M. on Thursday in St. John Lutheran Church, with Rev. Dr. Jeff Gramza, officiating; where the family will receive friends from 9:30 – 10:30 A.M. prior to the service. Burial will follow at North Grove Cemetery, Celina, OH.
