* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Marie Knapke
Marie J. Knapke, age 88, of St. Henry, died on Tuesday, July 7, 2015 at The Gardens at St. Henry.
She was born December 7, 1926 in Maria Stein, to the late Aloys & Elizabeth (Miller) Bruggeman. On August 25, 1948, she married Carl J. 'Chick' Knapke, who died November 26, 2005.
She is survived by five children, Linda (Chris) Onkst of Greenville, Connie Flaska of Sidney, James Knapke of Coldwater, Jeffrey Knapke of Ponca City, Oklahoma and Timothy (Deborah) Knapke of St. Henry, eight grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, brothers and sisters, Irene (Norman) Stueve of Minster, Arthur (Charlotte) Bruggeman of Maria Stein, Gerald (Patricia) Bruggeman of Greenville, and Barbara (Dennis) Link of Maria Stein, and a brother-in-law, Ivo Link of St. Henry.
She is preceded in death by a son, Charlie Knapke, and brothers and sisters, Dorothy Kemper, Rita (Leo) Schulte, Joseph Bruggeman, Vincent Bruggeman, Alexander (Doretta) Bruggeman, and Julia Link.
She was a member of St. Henry Catholic Church and its Rosary Altar Sodality. She was a great cook and enjoyed many hobbies, including cross stitching, puzzles, camping, traveling and fishing.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 AM on Friday, July 10, 2015 at St. Henry Catholic Church, the Rev .Thomas Hemm officiating. Burial will follow in St. Henry Cemetery, St. Henry.
Friends may call on Thursday from 5:00 to 8:00 PM and on Friday from 9:00 to 9:45 AM at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Coldwater.
