* At 813 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line extending from near Bluffton to near Wapakoneta, moving east at 60 mph.
HAZARD...Half dollar size hail.

CELINA - Infrastructure damage and cleanup work from last week's flooding could cost Mercer and Auglaize counties more than $80,000.
Crews from the Auglaize County Engineer's Office this week are still using heavy equipment to remove corn fodder and other debris that washed from fields onto roads and ditches after more than 7 inches of rain fell in the area. [More]

ST. MARYS - A city resident was arrested Monday after allegedly holding several people against their will for toilet-papering his home.
La-Brian Reed, 35, 438 N. Front St., faces two counts of abduction and one count receiving stolen property. He also was charged with having weapons under disability - illegally possessing weapons after being convicted of a felony. [More]
