* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Dolores Poppe
Dolores M. Poppe age 94 formerly of New Knoxville, died on Thursday, June 4, 2015 at 9:20 P.M. at the Otterbein Senior Retirement Community of St. Marys, OH.
She was born on March 1, 1921 in New Knoxville, OH. She was the daughter of the late Charles W. and Arminta (Poppe) Katterheinrich.
On June 14, 1941 she married Raymond H. "Ham" Poppe who preceded her in death on November 30, 2010.
She was also preceded in death by her sister and brother in law Agnes and Chick Howe, nephew Nick Howe and niece Patricia Howe. Survivors include her nephew and nieces, Ron and Linda Howe of Jonesboro, IN and Connie Howe of Coldwater, OH., great nieces and nephews Christa and Ron Chitwood, Craig and Kelly Howe and their daughter Emma Howe, Jennifer and Tony Book and their children Leithanne and Remington Book, and Joel and Amber Howe.
Mrs. Poppe was a member of the United Methodist Church of New Knoxville and also a member of the New Bremen Senior Citizens. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends and enjoyed cooking and baking.
Graveside services will be held on Saturday, June 6, 2015 at 1:00 P.M. at the Pilger Ruhe Cemetery, New Knoxville, OH., with Rev. Dennis Gaertner officiating.
Gilberg-Hartwig Funeral Home of New Bremen is handling the arrangements.
