* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Ralph Wuebker
Ralph F. Wuebker, 88, Fort Recovery, Ohio, died April 27, 2015 at Celina Manor, Celina, OH.
He was born October 28, 1926, in Carthagena, OH, to Henry and Monica (Eyink) Wuebker. On April 24, 1948, he married Irma (Roessner) Wuebker, who survives.
Also surviving are two sons, Fred (Ruth) Wuebker and Randy (Nancy) Wuebker, both of Fort Recovery, OH; three daughters, Jean (Bob "Shorty") Dues, Becky (Ron) Jutte, and Clara (Ron) Brunswick, all of Fort Recovery, OH; a sister, Freida (Ernie) Hartings of Coldwater, OH; 18 grandchildren and 47 great-grandchildren; three in-laws, Anna Lee (Jack) Kunkel of Newland, NC, Peg Bergman of Fort Recovery, OH, and Verla Roessner of Fort Recovery, OH.
Deceased are two daughters, Sharon Wuebker and Sandy Miller, two sons, Ricky Wuebker and Ralph Jr. Wuebker, a son-in-law, Ernie Miller, a brother, Victor Wuebker, and three sisters, Norma Hueker, Mildred Dues, and Sr. Delores Wuebker.
He retired from the former New Idea, Coldwater, OH and was also a farmer. He was a member of Mary Help of Christians Catholic Church, Fort Recovery, Ohio. He enjoyed ballroom dancing at various area dance halls, horseback riding, and attending his grandchildren's sporting events.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30 am Friday, May 1, 2015 at Mary Help of Christians Catholic Church, with Fr. Thomas Dorn officiating. Burial will follow at St. Marys Cemetery, Fort Recovery.
Calling is 2:00-8:00 pm Thursday and 9:00-10:00 am Friday at Brockman - Boeckman Funeral Home, Fort Recovery.
