* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Leonard Williams
Leonard S. Williams, 74, New Bremen, died at 5:42 a.m. March 4, 2015, at Heritage Manor Nursing Center, Minster.
He was born Dec. 26, 1940, in Bombay, India, the son of the late His Eminence Mar Athanasius Joel S. and Dorothy A. (Watson) Williams, who are deceased. On May 24, 1964, he married Carmel Haslen, who survives in New Bremen.
Also surviving are their children, Joan (Mark) Schwartz, Mark (Deb) Williams and Della (Michael) Conradi, all of New Bremen, and Steve (Jenny) Williams, Concord, N.C., and six grandchildren.
Also deceased is a sister, Joan Williams.
Leonard was a longtime member of St. Peter's Church, New Bremen, and a member of the Men's Group. He also was a member of Minster Eagles 1391.
Born and raised in Bombay, India, he was a 1957 graduate of the Christ Church School and a member of the Indian Boxing Team. In 1972, he moved his family from India to New Bremen after taking a job with New Bremen Machine and Tool. He then worked for Crown Equipment Corp., New Bremen, for 31 years before retiring in 2006.
Funeral services are 4 p.m. Sunday at St. Peter's Church, the Rev. Ed Rinehart officiating. Inurnment will be held at a later date at German Protestant Cemetery, New Bremen.
Calling hours are 1-4 p.m. Sunday at the church.
Memorials may be made to the St. Peter's Church Memorial Fund.
