* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Rebecca Jacobs
Rebecca S. "Becky" Jacobs, 60, Celina, passed away at 7:50 a.m. March 4, 2015, at Celina Manor.
She was born May 15, 1954, in Celina, to Kenneth and Marianne (French) Boggs, who survive in Celina. She married Dave Jacobs on Sept. 11, 1993, and he survives in Celina.
Also surviving are a son, Jeffrey (Stephanie) Armstrong, Chattanooga, Tenn.; a daughter, Christy Gagel, Troy; a brother, Kenneth (Marsha) Boggs, Eagle River, Alaska; a sister, Kim Boggs, Celina; four grandsons, Cody Ahrens, Gabriel Armstrong, Luke Armstrong and Tytus Armstrong; two granddaughters, Monique Gagel and Kayly Gagel; four nieces, Jenna, Mandy, Cassie and Alexis; and two nephews, Joey and Kenny.
She was a 1973 graduate of Celina Senior High School. She spent much of her life as a homemaker and a loving caregiver for her children.
Becky was a very active member St. Paul's United Methodist Church, Celina. She also was a member of Celina American Legion Post 210 and Celina VFW Post 5713.
Funeral services are 10:30 a.m. Friday at Cisco Funeral Home, 6921 state Route 703 East, Celina, the Revs. Matt Reynolds and Jeffrey Armstrong co-officiating. Burial will follow at Mercer Memory Gardens, Celina.
Visitation hours are 4-7 p.m. today and 9-10:30 a.m. Friday at the funeral home.
Memorials may be directed to St. Paul's United Methodist Church, Celina, and State of the Heart Hospice, Celina.
