* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Reba Steinke
Reba "Ann" Steinke, 72, St. Marys, passed from this world at 6:30 a.m. Feb. 8, 2015, at Van Crest of St.Marys.
She was born April 14, 1942, in Floyd County, Ky., to Lee and Audrey Huff Smith. Her parents and stepfather, Grant Flemming, are deceased. On June 26, 1993, at Memorial Park in St. Marys, she married David Wayne Steinke, who survives.
Also surviving are a daughter, Lisa Gilliland, St. Marys; a stepdaughter, Jessica (Matthew) Swallow, New Creek, W.Va.; six grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; three stepgreat-grandchildren; and a sister, Glenna Sue Burklo, Celina.
Also deceased is a son, Terry Overley.
She was a 1960 graduate of St. Marys Memorial High School. She was a production employee of Huffy Bicycle Manufacturing Corp., Celina.
She was a member of First Baptist Church, St. Marys. She enjoyed reading, watching television and movies and fishing. She was a wonderful wife and mother who dearly loved her family, especially her grandchildren, stepgrandchildren, great-grandchildren and stepgreat-grandchildren.
Funeral rites are 7 p.m. Thursday at Miller-Long and Folk Funeral Home, 314 W. High St. Chapel, St. Marys.
Visitation for family and friends is 5-7 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
