* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Connie Finke
Connie D. Finke, 80, St. Marys, died at 8:27 a.m. Feb. 9, 2015, at St. Rita's Medical Center, Lima.
She was born Sept. 24, 1934, in St. Marys, to Dorothy Deitsch Whetsone, who is deceased. On Nov. 7, 1952, she married James Finke, who died in 2000.
Surviving are three children, Stephanie (Scott) Eshleman, New Knoxville, Gay Finke, Lexington, Ky., and Matt (Toni) Finke, St. Marys; six grandchildren Sean Finke, Amy Schmidt, Danielle Eshleman, Brennan Eshleman, Melinda Slife and Jim Finke; nine great-grandchildren; and a daughter-in-law, Donna Swanson Finke, Dunnellon, Fla.
Also deceased is a son, Brent Finke.
She was a 1952 graduate of St. Marys Memorial High School. She retired from Joint Township District Memorial Hospital, St. Marys, where she was a switchboard operator. She was a member of Zion Lutheran Church, St. Marys.
She loved life and will be remembered as a very happy person who enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, including Myrtle Knous, Willa Skeens, Erma Hurd, Linda May and Mike Koeper. She was a big fan of the University of Kentucky Wildcats basketball team and loved cats and dogs.
Funeral rites are 11 a.m. Saturday at Miller Funeral Home, 1605 Celina Road, St. Marys, Pastor Mark Burden officiating. Burial will follow at Elm Grove Cemetery, St. Marys.
Friends may call from 4-8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
Memorials may be given to Kidney Services of West Central Ohio.
