* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Mark Pfenning
Mark C. Pfenning, 55, Troy and formerly of St. Marys, died suddenly Feb. 7, 2015, in the emergency department of Joint Township District Memorial Hospital, St. Marys.
He was born March 5, 1959, in St. Marys, to Paul and Dorothy Gerstner Pfenning. His father is deceased and his mother survives in New Bremen. On Oct. 18, 1986, he married Tammy Fenwick, who survives at the residence.
Also surviving are two sons, Parker Pfenning and Ian Pfenning, both at home, and siblings, Gregg (Jill) Pfenning, Martin, Tenn., Marsha (Justin "Jack") Murtz, Dublin, Tina (Ron) Miller, Piqua, and Neil (Kelly) Pfenning, St. Marys.
Deceased is a brother, Keith Pfenning.
He was a 1977 graduate of St. Marys Memorial High School and attended the Columbus College of Art and Design. He was employed at Flow Dry Technologies in Brookville. He was a talented artist and a member of St. Patrick Catholic Church, Troy.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Saturday at St. Patrick Catholic Church, Troy, the Rev. James Duell officiating. Burial will follow at Gethsemane Cemetery, St. Marys.
Calling is 6-8 p.m. Thursday at Miller Funeral Home, 1605 Celina Road, St. Marys. Friends and family in the Dayton area may call from 6-8 p.m. Friday at Baird Funeral Home, 555 North Market St., Troy.
Memorials may be given to St. Patrick Catholic School, Troy.
