* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Sally Abele
Sally Harting Abele, 82, Huber Heights, Dayton, passed away Feb. 9, 2015, at Hospice of Dayton, following tumor of the brain surgery.
She was born June 8, 1932, in Cassella, to William and Anna Bertke Harting. On May 9, 1953, she married Thomas Abele, who died July 19, 2003.
She has four children, four grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. Also surviving are brothers and a sister, Roman and Richard Harting, Dayton, Maurice and Mary Ann Harting, Coldwater, and Ruth Luthman, St. Marys, and a sister-in-law, Rita Harting, Minster.
Also deceased are Eugene and Margaret Harting, Paul Harting, Tillie Harting, Dorothea Harting, Carl and Bertha Harting, Walter Harting, Virginia Harting and Lawrence Luthman.
She graduated from St. John's High School, Maria Stein, in 1950, and moved to Dayton and did clerical work.
Calling is 5-7 p.m. Thursday and at 9:30 a.m. Friday at Marker & Heller Funeral Home, 5844 Troy Pike, Huber Heights.
Funeral Mass is 10 a.m. Friday at St. Peter Catholic Church, 6125 Chambersburg Road, Huber Heights.
